This will include:
- 听Looking at the performance of people in the organisation-wide context.
- 听Identifying the blocks and barriers to productivity/performance.
- 听Practical ways to discover causes and reasons.听
- 听Learning how to create solutions, act on blocks and barriers, and enable people.听
- 听Identifying clear next steps to get started.
NB: This course won鈥檛 cover employment law or the specific aspects of managing a person with poor individual performance or on performance improvement plans (PIPs).听 听
