About Paul O'Flaherty
The focus of Paul鈥檚 role is on the extra-curricular experience of our students and the employee experience of our staff. His portfolios are Student Wellbeing (Student Care, Health Centre, Recreation Centre), Student Accommodation Services, People and Culture, Health and Safety, Emergency Management, Facilities Management, and support to our Faculties through the Faculty Operations team. He and his team are the main points of contact for the 麻豆传媒高清 Students鈥 Association.
Before joining UC, Paul worked for forty years in a variety of senior human resources and line management roles in the retail banking, public health and construction sectors.
